Interested in color? Color Practice is an app for learning about color using visual puzzles. In each puzzle, the challenge is to rearrange a shuffled color chart back into its original order. See color-practice.com for a demo.
* Select a hue by rotating the color wheel. The selected hue is the top hue marked with a white tick. The + and - buttons on the left adjust the number of pieces in the color chart. This can range from c. 10 pieces to challenging puzzles with over 120 different colors.
* The color charts in correct order are shown inside the color wheel. Each column has a constant brightness, with dark colors to the left and bright colors to the right. The bottom row shows the gray colors. The lower part contains muted colors, and each step upwards represents an increase in colorfulness. For examples, see the screenshots below.
* Tap > to shuffle a color chart into a puzzle. The pieces can be rearranged in any order, but the bottom left and right corners (the darkest and lightest grays) are always locked and cannot be moved.
